Jet Ski Tenerife (motosdeaguatenerife.es) is an online booking platform that connects tourists with licensed jet ski rental operators on the south coast of Tenerife, Spain. We are not a tour operator — bookings are fulfilled by our partner operators who hold all required maritime and safety licences.

2. Data we collect

We may collect: your name and email when you submit a contact form; technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) via server logs and analytics; cookie data for site functionality and analytics. We do not collect payment data — all payments are processed by our booking partners (GetYourGuide and similar platforms).

3. How we use your data

We use your data to: respond to enquiries you send us; improve the website experience; comply with legal obligations. We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties except our booking partners for the purpose of completing your reservation.

4. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to operate the site, and optional analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand traffic. You can manage cookie preferences via the banner that appears on your first visit. Refusing analytics cookies does not affect site functionality.

5. Data retention

Contact form submissions are retained for 12 months. Analytics data is retained for 14 months per Google Analytics default policy. You may request deletion at any time.
