Jet Ski Tenerife (motosdeaguatenerife.es) is an independent booking intermediary. We display tours and activities offered by third-party licensed operators ("Partners"). We are not a tour operator, transport provider, or insurer. The contractual relationship for any booked activity is between you and the Partner.

2. Booking & payment

All bookings made through our platform are subject to the Partner's own booking terms, cancellation policy, and pricing. Payment is processed by the Partner's booking system (e.g. GetYourGuide). Jet Ski Tenerife does not handle or store any payment data.

3. Accuracy of information

We make every effort to keep tour information, prices, and availability up to date. However, we cannot guarantee accuracy at all times. Confirmed prices and schedules are those shown on the Partner's booking page at the time of reservation.

4. Liability

Jet Ski Tenerife is not liable for: any accidents, injuries, or losses that occur during an activity; cancellations or changes made by Partners; inaccurate information supplied by Partners. Our maximum liability is limited to the referral fee, if any, received in connection with your booking.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, images, design, code — is the property of Jet Ski Tenerife or used with permission. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written consent.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
